Buying a lake home is huge emotional investment, one that should not be made without expert advice and assistance.  We will work together with you to bring you the added support of two experts with your best interest in mind.  We will work hand in hand with you to find your next dream home – or get the best price for your property.  For most of our clients, a lake house is a large financial investment. For us, the most valuable investment is the relationships we build along the way.  We cherish the many friends we have made selling at the lake.

This is our business and our home.  We live on the lake, love every minute and we look forward to helping others have the same experience. I am a Dallas native, grew up in the Park Cities and received my BBA & MBA from SMU.  I have extensive experience as a real estate broker in retail, commercial and residential sales and leasing as well as mortgage lending. 6 years in the Marine Corps provided leadership and discipline.  I spent my first years in the Dallas area in retail and commercial property development, management, leasing, sales and construction.  I moved to Cedar Creek Lake in 1989 and became active in the real estate market here.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), I am qualified to work with all buyers to insure that they find just the right home for the best price.  The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation has trained me to work will all customers of all ages, understanding their needs and motivations.  Being an avid boater, I have spent a great deal of time on Texas lakes. The knowledge I have gained from this as well as my extensive personal knowledge of Cedar Creek Lake is immeasurable in helping people buying and selling lake property.



Longview, Texas native and graduate of Texas A&M, I obtained my real estate license in 1973. I was a successful business owner prior to becoming active in residential real estate in Longview in 1999. My business experience helped greatly for real estate in working with and learning the tastes of my clients, thus making the transition very easy. Having a love of decorating, I enjoy working with clients on ways to make their lake home perfect for selling or owning.

I absolutely love Cedar Creek Lake, and its constant “vacation” atmosphere makes selling real estate here a true pleasure. I love working with and helping my clients find just the right lake house!  I want them to sit on their deck in the evening and think “what could be better than this?”
