To BuyChoosing A
Agent Time to
OK, you have researched the lake and you have done your homework on REALTORS®. With all of the electronic media available and the mulitples of web sites, you have probably already checked out homes in your (hopeful) price range and have some ideas as to what you would like to see.
Now you have two choices:
- Do you drive down on your own and look around or contact an agent to assist. For most of us, when we shop for something we really don’t want a salesperson bothering us; we just want to look around and when we have a question or think we want to buy then we ask. And while that can work for real estate in the cities with planned developments and open houses, life is different at the lake. With 328 miles of shoreline and over 300 different additions, and nothing remotely similar to a city block, it simply is not practical to do it all yourself. Yes you have nav systems and mapping systems and they can be great, but what you don’t know is all of our streets and addresses are not necessarily on all maps accurately. And there is so much you can miss.
- Best for you to choose to work with a local, knowledgeable agent and let them help you find a great home. It is why we are here. Call, text or email or whatever and tell us what you are looking for and which homes you have found of interest and we will go to work for you.
Karen and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
